Buzz Buzz Buzz

Every so often Bekah and I do an art project that we can put up on her bedroom windows. After we took the red, white, and blue stars down from 4th of July she wanted to do something different. When I asked her what she would like to do she said "bumblebees!" So, that's exactly what we did.

Cut a teardrop shape out of yellow construction paper. Using black paper, cut strips for his stripes. Glue these on the bumblebee's body.

Cut a circle out for the bee's head. Draw a face on you bee.

Glue the head to the body and cut the stripes to fit your bee. Cut wings out of wax paper and tape onto the back of the bumblebee. Add antennas and now you have a bumblebee.

Play with him before you hang him up!
